Cancellations
- Before Shipping: You can cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible at (850) 343-5655, via chat, or email contact@trendihaus.com.
- Custom Orders: Custom-made or "made-to-order" products cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. These items are produced specifically for you. All sales are final for custom products. If you're unsure if your order is custom, please contact us.
Returns
- Initiating a Return: You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. However, always check the product page for specific brand return policies, as they override this general policy.
- After Your Return is Approved: Your product must be returned within 5-10 business days, or the return will be denied.
- Condition: Returned items must be unopened and unused.
- All original packaging must be returned with the product.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fees: Outright returns (not exchanges) are subject to a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. Restocking fees vary by product.
- Manufacturer Restrictions: Not all products are returnable once shipped. If the manufacturer doesn't allow a return, we cannot offer one. Contact us for specific brand/product return details.
- Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges.
Damages
- Inspect on Delivery: Immediately inspect your package for damage upon arrival.
- Report Damage: If you find any damage, note it when signing for delivery. you have 3 days to submit any damages to Trendihaus.
- Submit Claim: Send photos of the damage, packaging, and SKU, along with a description, to contact@trendihaus.com within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may invalidate your claim.
Shipping Times
- Estimates Only: Shipping times provided on product pages are estimates from our suppliers and carriers. They can change due to supply chain issues, manufacturing delays, and shipping demands, which are beyond our control.
- Delays: Order delays are unavoidable. We appreciate your patience and understanding. By purchasing, you agree not to cancel or file a chargeback due to shipping delays or inaccurate estimates caused by external factors.
Important Acknowledgements
By purchasing from TrendiHaus, you agree to the following:
- You will inspect your package upon delivery, document any damage with photos, and report it to TrendiHaus within 24 hours.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and new product shipping costs for refunds or exchanges.
- Products must be returned unopened and unused; restocking fees may apply.
- Full refunds are not available once an order has shipped.
- If you return an order after it has shipped, you are responsible for return shipping and restocking fees (typically around 25%).
- Shipping date estimates are subject to change due to factors outside TrendiHaus's control.
- You will not cancel or file a chargeback due to order delays or incorrect estimates caused by factors outside our control.
- Distressed Look: Many products are intentionally designed with a distressed, antique look (e.g., rust, paint chips, unfinished areas, air bubbles in glass). These are not defects. Handcrafted items will vary. Dimensions are approximate and may vary by up to two inches.
- Defects: We only accept claims for products that do not function as intended (e.g., uneven table legs, non-working lamps, non-opening cabinet doors).
Warranty
- Warranties vary by manufacturer. See individual product pages for details.
- Damage reported after 3 days of arrival is not a warranty claim.
- We guarantee you'll receive a fully functional product.
BOGO Promotions
- For Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund.
- If only one BOGO item is returned, you'll receive a replacement or store credit for that item's individual value.
- If a BOGO order has shipped, you are responsible for return shipping charges and potential restocking fees.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
We are here to help and resolve any issues. Please contact us directly before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued legally.
